Shipping and Payment

Shipping-U.S

Instruments will be shipped within one day of receipt of payment. We ship by United States Post Office priority mail, 2-3 days delivery. The $15 flat fee for U.S. shipping includes delivery confirmation so we know the instrument arrived safely, and delivery insurance in case it doesn’t.

Shipping-International

USPS International Priority Mail, 6 – 10 days delivery: $25 to Canada, $30 to Mexico, $45 to Europe and South America, $50 to Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

Payment

Payment by U.S customers can be made through PayPal by clicking on the icon on the individual instrument pages. We also accept money orders. Please have them made out to Douglas Hostetler, and send to:

Guarantee

All items we sell come with a three-day inspection period. If the item is not as described it may be returned during this inspection period. During this time you may e-mail us to return the item for a refund of sale price only (no refund of shipping charges.)
